Who I Am
Founder and CEO of CMT-Changing Minds, Transforming Thoughts, Toni Thompson has a passion for supporting individuals in their pursuit of achieving their goals, dreams and desires. As a Certified Empowerment, Leadership coach, she has moved countless people from a place of inaction to a place of self-discovery to self-action. She has over 20 years of leadership experience from the military along with the District of Columbia government. She uses her power of inspiration and encouragement to guide her clients through empowering breakthroughs. Her process is in order, concise and effective. She exudes self-awareness, confidence and mindfulness.
Toni enjoys long walks with her dog Tango, a good cheeseburger, travel to the Caribbean Islands a good book, sunrises over the ocean, family, friends and her own personal human growth journey.

Visioning Workshops
Visualizing your life as you dream it do be is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do to move you to action! Vision boards are sometimes called a dream board, treasure map or even vision map. It is a deeply powerful and creative way to help you achieve clarity in what your desires are. Your vision board can be used as a tool of motivation as you work towards achieving your goals. Our workshops will provide you with an opportunity to visually bring to life your dreams, desires and goals in a non-judgmental, supportive and community setting.
Group Facilitation
CMT workshops have been developed to drive personal introspection, uncover locked strengths, talents and abilities and inspire growth to becoming the greatest version of self. We provide personal growth programs that introduce ideas and teach practical skills and techniques that lead to an understanding of your greatest potential. Our workshops are designed to create an environment for meaningful dialogue in a judgement free atmosphere. These workshops provide empowering tools and exercises, enlightening thought-provoking ideas, interactive activities, and courage to step into your desires to open your thoughts to the self-creative process.
Coaching
Through individualized coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to work 1:1 with your coach to determine your strengths weaknesses and possible obstacles that may be standing in your way of achieving your desired results.
